Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day exchange guarantee from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (except for incorrect, defective, or damaged products).
For USA residents, returns must be sent via USPS.
Important Notes
Size Selection:
Please double-check your size before placing an order. We strictly process orders based on the selected size and color. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if the wrong size was chosen. Our size chart is available on the website for your reference.If your chosen size doesn’t fit, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Replacement shipping charges between $40–$60 (depending on your location) will also apply.
Condition Requirements:
Items worn, damaged, or missing original tags/labels will not be accepted.
If a returned product is unworn but missing labels/tags, a 50% refund may be issued after inspection.
Custom-Made & Special Orders:
These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically for you.
However, alterations can be arranged for a nominal charge ($25–$60 depending on the alteration).
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will only be issued if:
The wrong product was sent.
The product is defective or tampered with.
The product was damaged during shipping.
