Terms & Conditions

We want you to have a great shopping experience! Please read these simple rules before placing your order:


1.  Damaged or Wrong Item

    If your item arrives damaged or you need a size exchange, email us within 24 hours at [email protected].


2.  Choose the Right Size

    We make your jacket in the size and color you choose, so please double-check your measurements before ordering. Use our size chart or email us if you have questions.


 3. Exchanges & Store Credit

    Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit will be issued for the same amount, which can be used for any future purchase. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Both way shipping costs are your responsibility, so please make sure you order the right size.


4.  Quality Check

    Every product is carefully checked before shipping. If we send you a faulty product by mistake, we will exchange it at no extra cost. No refunds, only exchanges for such cases.


5.  Order Confirmation & Changes

    If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume your order is confirmed. No changes to color, size, or measurements after 24 hours.


6.  Order Cancellation

    Cancel within 24 hours: 10% fee applies. Cancel within 3 days: 25% fee applies. No cancellation after 3 days.


7.  Delivery Delays

    If delivery takes more than 45 working days after payment confirmation, you can request a full refund. We will provide a tracking code. If we can’t prove shipment, we’ll refund you, including shipping costs.


8.  Customs & Duties

    We are not responsible for any customs charges in your country. (These are rare but may apply, and customers must handle them.)
